Caithness Golden Jubilee Perfume bottle, “Queens Golden Jubilee 1952-2002 - Caithness Scotland is etched stamped on the base. 30/100 is hand etched as well. There is a cane in the base of the design with the # 50 on it to celebrate the anniversary of Queen Elizabeth’s ascension to the throne. It is 5” tall and has 6 side facets.  The stopper is star cut. It is in excellent condition.

Issue 12 July 1997 of Reflections devotes 2 pages to this paperweight complete with illustrations of step by step how this weight was made. The process for paperweight making is extraordinary. Until you understand the amount of time and creativity that goes into this art form you cannot truly appreciate the value.
