Baccart antique macedoine paperweight with blue & white and white and red whorl canes surrounded by sections of twists and latticinio in red, blue, green coral & yellow. This colorful weight dates back to between 1845 thru 1860. It’s diameter is approximately 3 1/8”. The condition is excellent with some slight wear on the bottom.

Baccarat close packed complex millefiori paperweight, including  twelve zodiac silhouette canes amidst an assortment of complex canes, in red, yellow, green, blue, pink and white. Signature, date cane and acid etched with Baccarat insignia. This design was inspired by a famous antique piece known as the “Church Weight”. “In October, 1951 a magnificent millefiori paperweight was found in the cornerstone of the old parish church at Baccarat.” That piece was made by Baccarat master craftsman, Martin Kayser.
